Here are a few Recipes for use with Huli Huli Sauce:

TERIYAKI STYLE BEEF STEAK
For 2 pounds of meat cut to desired size of steaks, 1/2" thick or less preferred. Marinate in 1/2 cup (4ounces) Huli Huli Sauce for at least 4 hours, turning meat every hour. Broil or pan fry.

HULI HULI STIR FRY
Cut 12oz boneless chicken or any meat into thin strips (2" wide, 1/2" thick). In an open pan, cook in 2 tablespoons cooking oil over high to medium heat for 2 minutes. Add sliced, mixed vegetables (onion, bell pepper, mushroom, celery, etc) in the desired quantities. Cook for 3 minutes, then stir in 1/3 cup Huli Huli Sauce and cook 2 minutes more. Serve immediately with steamed rice. Makes about 4 servings.

QUICK GRAVY SAUCE
Mix 1/3 cup Huli Huli Sauce with 1 cup of water in a sauce pan. Bring to a rolling, hard boil for about 2 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch (about 2 teaspoons), or enough for desired thickness of gravy. Use over cooked meats, fowl or fish. Delicious, easy and low calories!

BAKED CHICKEN THIGHS OR WINGS
Lightly brown 2 pounds chicken in skillet. Place chicken skin side down. Very Important to start cooking skin side down - in shallow pan. Pour one cup (8 ounces) Huli Huli Sauce over chicken and cover. Cook in 350 F oven for 30 minutes. Turn chicken over and cook uncovered for 30 minutes more.
