How to Craft Hawaiian Leis Candy Gum Hawaii Lei

Hawaiian Candy and Gum Lei

 

 

Make your own Candy Lei for your next party and let your guests enjoy the fun of a colorful Hawaiian Candy Lei! Your Party will certainly be the talk of town!

 

 

Materials:

Netting - approx 36" for children and 48" for adults

Curling Ribbon

Wrapped Candy, Gum, Toys or other Trinkets

 

1. Cut netting to desired length

2. Tube the netting by turning it inside out so that candy will slide in easier.

3. Tie 4 to 6 inch curling ribbon 5 inches from beginning of netting

4. Insert Candy into netting and pull netting over the candy.

5. Tie 4 to 6 inch curling ribbon at end of candy.

6. Continue to insert candy and tie curling ribbon at each candy end.

7. When filled to desired length, tie netting together and curling ribbon to both ends to ensure closure
