Payment Policies

We gladly accept the following forms of payment:

Stripe payments in USD.

Paypal payments in USD from a confirmed US address only. The confirmed US address is where the item must be mailed to. *Paypal payments from unconfirmed US addresses will be solely at the discretion of seller by inquiry via email prior to purchase.

Personal Check / Money Orders / Postal Money Order in USD and drawn on a US bank.

All orders will automatically be cancelled if not paid within 48 hours, with or without notice.

Our largest concern regarding any transaction is the privacy, safety and security of all our customers, no exceptions. Due to the increase of worldwide fraudulent activity, certain types of payments are accepted only on a pre-approved basis. This assists us in maintaining a pleasant shopping experience at Kawaii Aloha and I personally thank you for your understanding regarding this matter as it certainly assists us to continue to keep our site safe and secure.

Shipping and Returns Policies

We ship from Honolulu, Hawaii, within 3 business days of cleared payment.
To USA Addresses via USPS Air Mail with Online Tracking. Average delivery time 4 - 7+ business days.
To APO/FPO via USPS Air Mail. Average delivery time 7 - 21+ days depending on your location.
Free Complimentary Standard Gift Wrap and Special Note available upon request.
All personal items shipped as discreetly as possible.

Should delivery confirmation indicate the item was delivered any insurance claim of non-receipt will be null and void. If after 30 days the online delivery confirmation does not show item delivered, we will immediately refund the full amount paid to include shipping and handling, providing you submit a detailed email with the following: Order number, date of order, items ordered, date paid, how payment was submitted as well as a statement of "This order was not received".

Please note: Due to current economic situation and various changes at the USPS within the USA, we are now shipping Monday through Friday. No shipping on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Thank you for your understanding.


Combined shipping available providing the items are able to fit in our packaging and adheres to the USPS required sizes. You will be required to submit one combined payment to qualify for combined shipping. Shipping & handling fees may not be the exact amount of the postage stamp. Flat rate combined shipping specials listed are not combinable with other items as they are normally shipped in flat rate envelopes or boxes via USPS and additional items may not fit. For example; we are certainly able to add a sticker to the Flat rate combined shipping specials available for our calendars but it would be impossible to add a brand new dining table to the same packaging!


All sales final. Items sold as is and as described. No refunds. No returns. Should there be an error in your order, please contact us immediately as we will gladly correct any errors on our part. We do not refund original shipping charges for any shipments that are returned to us for unable to deliver, wrong address, unclaimed or any other reason. Thank you for your understanding.

Authenticity and Expiry Policies


We do not support fakes. Most of our items are brand new, as listed and described, unless otherwise stated. Brand names listed with us are licensed as such. As some of our items are from other countries, it is not uncommon that the item may be manufactured elsewhere or offer certain designs or styles available for purchase in one country and which are not available for purchase in another country. This has however, nothing to do with authenticity of an original authentic product.

Should you wish to question authenticity of any item purchased with us that we list as a Brand name, you may provide us with a corporate letter signed by an authorized officer of the company in question, along with full details of the product in question, complete contact information, clearly stating the item is not an authentic product of their company. Forward this to our mailing address along with the original item purchased from us completely originally intact and wholly in unused condition with postage paid to include a short handwritten note stating: purchase date, item not authentic, your signature, mailing address, telephone number and date.

We will present all information you forwarded as well as our purchase receipt immediately to our local representative of the company in question. At this time, we will immediately issue you a full refund of your purchase as well as all postage paid. This simply indicates that we stand 100% behind each product we list and ensures our customers that we do not support fakes.


Items with expiry dates are guaranteed fresh stock. Although our Candy, Gum and Chocolates available are fresh stock, please be advised that there is a possibility they may melt in transit during warm weather. Although many shipments have arrived without incident, there is certainly a chance that melting may happen should the package remain in the delivery truck or in your mailbox during warm weather. We are unable to be held responsible should this occur and do thank you for your understanding.

We will never send any email with attachments.

Your privacy is important to us and we know that you are concerned about how information is used and shared. All information provided is kept strictly confidential and never shared with any third party, unless required by law. Privacy Policy.

We do not accept credit cards directly through our site. All credit card payments are accepted ONLY through google or paypal so we therefore will never request any information regarding any form of credit card. TIP: Never email anyone your credit card information irregardless if they are a well know online company or not.
We do not ship via UPS, FEDEX, DHL, COD nor do we ship via USPS media mail or surface/ocean services at any time for any of our items, to include books.

Any item being mailed to an address outside of the USA is international mail to include Canada and any APO/FPO addresses outside of the USA.

We ship all items directly from the USA via the USPS (United States Postal Service) only, which should not be confused with UPS (United Parcel Service).

All US shipments include delivery confirmation and third party insurance coverage. Should delivery confirmation indicate the item was delivered any insurance claim of non-receipt will be null and void. If after 30 days the online delivery confirmation does not show item delivered, we will immediately refund the full amount paid to include shipping and handling.

Your item is mailed from our Business mailing address.

We are not able to guarantee delivery time. On an average, Airmail takes between 3 to 6 days to arrive its final destination. However, it is not unusual for Airmail packages to take up to 10 days and at times even longer. The delay most often appears to be at the arriving destinations post office.

We will assume no responsibility for any item not delivered due to change of address, not picked up upon arrival, undeliverable, misdirected mail, moved, missing upon delivery or returned to us for any reason. Any shipment returned to us will incur additional reshipping charges.

We are not collectors or dealers so if your item needs extra special packaging, please email and let us know, however, additional costs may or may not apply.
